We have a 2.6 m long dining table for up to 10 persons. Probably mainly used in the wintertime.

In 50 km distance, you can reach the Sibillini Mountains (2.500 m high) for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, or even skiing in winter.

We have 30 olive trees on our property. Some of them are more than 200 years old, which created the name CASA VECCHIO ULIVO.

The house gets a photovoltaic system to produce and store enough energy for daily consumption. An air heat pump will generate the hot water for underfloor heating in the house for the cold season.
