We have a 2.6 m long dining table for up to 10 persons. Probably mainly used in the wintertime.

Despite new windows and doors complying with the highest energy efficiency class, we decided to keep the old wooden door and its charm of recent centuries.

The central space to connect the two main floors with all the rooms. A local blacksmith designed and built the stairs for our house.

The kitchen is already well set with Nespresso, Toaster, and Hot-Water-Cattle.

This is one of five bedrooms on the upper floor of the building. 

We have three bathrooms next to the five bedrooms, all with a shower.

The property on a 5.000 sqm area is fully fenced, and an automated gate opens the pathway to the house.

The pool with clear water is a perfect place to cool down. Enjoy our poolside shower and comfortable pool furniture.

Surrounded by our Pizza Oven, BBQ, and an open fireplace in front of the kitchen, there is a big table for family gatherings outside.

Next to the main building, we have a side house for our future foodega, gym, or additional apartment plannings.

The pool is illuminated and has a size of 12x6 m. Robots keep the pool clean. 

This is where you can enjoy the sun, natural shadow, and the pool.

Between two olive trees, there is a hammock for the ultimate view of the blue sky. 

In 50 km distance, you can reach the Sibillini Mountains (2.500 m high) for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, or even skiing in winter.

We have 30 olive trees on our property. Some of them are more than 200 years old, which created the name CASA VECCHIO ULIVO.

The house gets a photovoltaic system to produce and store enough energy for daily consumption. An air heat pump will generate the hot water for underfloor heating in the house for the cold season.
